Job Description

Trade Floor Support - New York, NY - Contract W2/C2C - $35.91-45.91 Per HR

Join our team to provide essential technical support on a dynamic trading floor. This onsite contract position involves real-time assistance for trading systems and applications, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. You'll work closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain compliance with industry standards, using a variety of technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate technical support for trading platforms and front-office staff.
Resolve issues related to trading systems, market data feeds, and network connectivity.
Monitor trading systems' health and performance, escalating incidents as necessary.
Collaborate with infrastructure and networking teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Document recurring issues and contribute to support guides and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

Experience supporting trading platforms or financial systems in high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of market data applications such as financial information platforms.
Familiarity with operating systems, scripting, and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
