Trade Operations Specialist

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking aTrade Operations Specialistfor a global pharmaceutical company based in Fort Worth, Texas. This role will provide operational support to the Trade team and field-based sales representatives, with a focus on data management, compliance, product sample coordination, and sales team onboarding. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of operational support experience, hands-on CRM experience, and strong attention to detail.Location: Fort Worth, TX – Hybrid Assignment: 6-Month Temporary Assignment (With potential to extend or convert to a permanent position) Pay Rate: $30–$34/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with some flexibility Hybrid Schedule: This position requires three days per week onsite, with some flexibility. Beginning in January, the position will require four days per week onsite.Responsibilities for the Trade Operations Specialist:

• Monitor and validate compliance processes related to product sampling and approvals, including reviewing and validating data change requests for accuracy and compliance.*
• Coordinate product sample shipments, track deliveries, reconcile shipping or delivery issues, and maintain accurate records.*
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within CRM platforms while supporting data-entry processes, systems, and workflows.*
• Provide day-to-day operational support to field-based sales representatives, including assisting with the onboarding of new sales team members.*
• Support Trade leadership with operational activities, projects, and administrative needs while ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements for the Trade Operations Specialist:

• Minimum of 3 years of operational support experience, with experience using CRM or enterprise systems such as Veeva, Salesforce, or SAP.*
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.*
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.*
• Strong organizational, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and task-management skills.*
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.*
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow and take ownership, with the ability and willingness to meet the required onsite/hybrid schedule.
