Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Trade Sales & Enablement Manager based in LATAM to drive the day-to-day execution behind Havenly's fast-growing trade business. You will turn trade strategy and analysis into shipped work, put a prioritized book in front of our inside and outside sales reps, and push them to work it. You will partner closely with U.S.-based sales, marketing, CX, supply chain, and RevOps through both real-time collaboration and strong async execution.

This is a build-and-automate role as much as a sales role. Leadership sets the strategy, targets, and definitions. You own the execution and the feedback loop, leaning on tooling, dashboards, and triggered alerts rather than manual follow-up. You will move the metrics that matter most: application-to-order conversion, repeat rate, cross-brand shopping, and active-account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Rep Enablement

  • Own the routing logic behind rep books across inside (retail) and outside sales: prioritization, assignment, reassignment, and firm-linking
  • Drive sales teams to work their trade pipeline using triggered alerts and account-prioritization views
  • Build enablement for DE and retail teams, including training, playbooks, perks and tier fluency, and a central resource hub
  • Motivate a large retail team through contests, SPIFFs, and clear targets, in partnership with retail leadership

Trade Program Operations

  • Manage tier-progression mechanics and verify delivery of earned perks and benefits
  • Manage promo and pricing mechanisms that support cross-brand shopping
  • Run the trade special-order request process from intake and approval through delivery
  • Feed what you learn on the ground back to marketing and sales leadership

Campaigns & Lifecycle

  • Write, QA, and iterate on trade sequences across acquisition, onboarding, and re-engagement
  • Keep messaging on-brand and consistent
  • Test and optimize to lift conversion, repeat, and cross-brand rates

CRM, Reporting & Analytics

  • Handle day-to-day trade CRM and HubSpot administration and data integrity, working with our HubSpot Admin
  • Build self-serve dashboards and automated alerts covering application health, application-to-order conversion, and tier movement
  • Surface leading indicators like primed leads, idle accounts, stalled deals, and tier gaps
  • Deliver clear recommendations on book structure, engagement volume, sales activities, and deal management

CX & Supply Chain Partnership

  • Act as the single point of contact for trade across CX and Supply Chain
  • Define escalation steps and expected response times
  • Find and unblock stuck orders before delivery friction costs us accounts we have already won

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in B2B, trade, or wholesale sales operations and enablement
  • CRM administration and reporting experience (HubSpot strongly preferred), plus experience building automated outreach sequences and lifecycle campaigns
  • Proven experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in an async environment
  • Strong analytical skills, including building funnel reporting and turning findings into a prioritized plan of action
  • Experience driving a sales team to a number without managing it directly
  • Clean, on-brand customer-facing writing, and the ability to QA someone else's
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and owning an escalation process other teams depend on
  • Bonus: experience with loyalty or membership programs, multi-brand or marketplace retail, or CX and supply chain escalation design
  • We are building with AI as part of how we work. We are looking for people who are curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them.

Success Metrics

  • Application-to-first-order conversion (approved applicants who order within 90 days)
  • 90-day repeat rate and 12-month trade LTV
  • Tier progression rate
  • Cross-brand shopping, total trade revenue, and active-account growth
  • Fast, reliable response times to requests from sales, CX, and supply chain

What We're Looking For

  • Highly responsive and dependable during U.S. working hours overlap
  • Self-starter who does not need step-by-step direction
  • Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being asked
  • Builder and automator who reaches for tooling and triggers before manual follow-up
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiess

The Details

  • Engagement type: Long-term contract, remote
