As a member of Applied Underwriters’ Brand Communications department, the Trade Show Associate supports the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and corporate events. This individual serves as a highly professional and engaging representative of the company while interacting with guests, clients, and prospective clients.
This role combines event logistics, booth operations, attendee engagement, and inventory coordination to help ensure a seamless and successful presence at industry events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, enjoys travel, and thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Practical exposure to events, marketing, sales, or the insurance industry via internship, work, school, etc.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Domestic travel is expected approximately 40% of the time, work flexible hours and weekends.
