Job Description
Global broker dealer client is seeking a securities lending trade support analyst to join their team.
- Engage with the broker/dealer community regarding all post-trade functions.
- Mitigate securities lending/repo transaction exposure through daily interactions.
- Ensure timely settlements and avoid transaction failures by coordinating with brokers, dealers, and sub-custodians.
- Collaborate with the Bank's Middle Office for accurate client and internal reporting of daily lending activity.
- Confirm daily cash movements and settle loan discrepancies with the Bank's Back Office.
- Oversee the month-end billing process to ensure timely completion of fee receivables.
- Input and book daily lending activities into LAVA/Global One, maintaining consistency with the trade support user profile.
- Manage daily processes in the Access Edge platform and for FICC.
- Assist Securities Lending Desk members with operational and administrative functions for smooth transaction completion.
