JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Trade Support Specialist Loan Trading (Middle Office) Pay Rate: $26.42/hr W2 Duration: 3 Months (Right-to-Hire Opportunity) Location: Newark, DE (Onsite) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (OT as needed based on volume) Work Setup: 100% Onsite Important Notes

Job Summary The Trade Support Specialist will be part of the Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Middle Office, supporting loan trading documentation and settlement activities. This role focuses on managing primary loan assignments, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely trade settlements. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and settle primary loan assignments with front office, clients, and operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and counterparties
  • Manage high-volume trade portfolio while maintaining clean ageing metrics
  • Review LSTA documents, credit agreements, and legal documentation
  • Analyze assignability clauses within credit agreements
  • Identify and escalate issues to front office, legal, and management teams
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports to track trade status and risk
  • Support trade closing and settlement processes across multiple business lines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills (email-heavy + client interaction)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with syndicated loans (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with LoanIQ, ClearPar or similar systems
  • Knowledge of loan products or trading operations
  • Exposure to KYC / onboarding processes
  • Relevant coursework in finance, banking, or operations
