Job Details

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and brand enforcement, along with exposure to broader intellectual property matters.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical skills, business judgment, and the ability to manage complex trademark portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, including clearance, prosecution, and maintenanceConduct trademark availability searches and provide risk assessmentsHandle USPTO filings, office action responses, and TTAB proceedingsAdvise clients on brand protection strategies, including enforcement and monitoring programsDraft and negotiate trademark-related agreements, including licensing, coexistence, and assignment agreementsSupport intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactionsCollaborate with litigation teams on trademark disputes and enforcement mattersStay current on developments in trademark and IP law to provide strategic guidance to clients

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive bar admission in good standing (NV)2+ years of experience in trademark and intellectual property lawDemonstrated experience with USPTO practice and TTAB proceedingsStrong understanding of domestic and international trademark systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management abilities
