JOB SUMMARY
The School of Music is seeking a qualified instructor to teach applied low brass lessons to music majors and non-majors at the university. The qualified candidate will be committed to teaching excellence, innovation, and program development. This may include providing assistance with departmental ensembles. The ideal candidate will also maintain a local and regional performing profile that will attract quality low brass students to the university.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
- Teach applied lessons in low brass (Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba)
- Work with the Director of Bands in program development and recruitment efforts
