As a Financial Services Representative, you are our "Swiss Army Knife" of banking, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You'll be the face of CNB, traveling to various branches to support our teams and meet our amazing clients. What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):

Be a Relationship Pro: Build long-term, profitable relationships by providing "wow" level customer service.
The Financial Expert: Help clients manage their money by processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with efficiency and precision.
The Matchmaker: Identify client needs and match them with the perfect solutions to meet their financial goals-from new checking and savings accounts to specialized sales referrals.
Behind the Scenes: Keep things running smoothly by balancing cash drawers, managing vault currency, and troubleshooting ATMs.
Always Learning: Seize opportunities for continued education to sharpen your skills.

Who You Are:

On the Move: You have reliable transportation and are ready to travel between branches as assigned.
Educated & Experienced: You have a high school diploma or GED (required). A Bachelor's degree or previous client service experience is definitely a plus!

The Logistics:

Hours: Expect a 40-hour workweek with hours generally Monday through Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) and Fridays (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
