Job Description

Training & Compliance Manager

JT Services – Claremore, OKSalary: $50,000–$65,000 + Performance Bonuses

JT Services is one of Oklahoma’s fastest‑growing home‑service companies, and we’re building a training and compliance system that sets the standard for excellence in plumbing, HVAC, septic, and customer experience. We’re looking for a Training & Compliance Manager who thrives on structure, coaching, documentation, and building people into high‑performing professionals.

What You’ll Do

Lead onboarding and training for all new hires across multiple departments
Facilitate Day 1 “Total Immersion” orientation
Build 10‑day launch plans that get field experts operating independently by Day 11
Create SOPs, checklists, training modules, and certification paths
Audit documentation, photos, invoices, safety, and customer experience
Ensure Housecall Pro workflows, Slack communication, and daily routines are followed
Coach technicians, CSRs, dispatchers, and emerging leaders
Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective training
Maintain JT University content and version control
Support leadership development and succession planning

Comfort teaching technology (Housecall Pro, Slack, etc.)
