Don't miss out on this opportunity to take your career to the next level!Job Summary:Alluvionic is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Training Division (TD). The Training Coordinator handles a variety of very important administrative tasks for the National Training Academy (NTA) instructors, supporting training operations through organizing materials, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.Must be a US CitizenClearance Required: Yes – Obtain a Public Trust*This is an onsite position.*Responsibilities:

Create classes in USMS Learning Management System (LMS)
Manage and maintain name tents, documentation and administrative paperwork, associated with classes
Oversee and manage information packets
Update and maintain class folders and electronic records for accreditation
Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy
Create travel memos

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
One (1) year of experience with the above tasks
Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to build and maintain relationship
