Training & Development Manager

Are you passionate about helping employees learn, grow, and succeed? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training & Development Manager to lead and support learning initiatives that strengthen employee performance, engagement, and career development across the organization.
In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous learning by coordinating training programs, supporting leadership development, and ensuring employees have the tools and resources needed to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill development opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to create learning pathways that support business goals.
- Schedule, track, and evaluate training activities, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on participation, completion, and effectiveness.
- Assist with onboarding programs to ensure a positive and productive new hire experience.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
- Coordinate external training vendors, facilitators, and educational resources.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative learning solutions.
- Ensure compliance-related training requirements are completed and documented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, human resources, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for employee development.
