Job Description
Job Summary: This position of Training E-Developer role is with the State of New York and their ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, and Articulate Storyline 360. They should also have 4+ years of hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation tools, including Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema The Client Lite. Additionally, 4+ years of experience developing prototypes and pilot presentations using editing tools like Frame.io and Logic Pro X. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders and business concepts for IT teams, are also required. Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 Years of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to the IT workforce.
- Minimum 4 Years of proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, and Articulate Storyline 360.
- Minimum 4 Years of hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation tools, including Adobe After Effects and Maxon Cinema The Client Lite.
- Minimum 4 Years Ability to develop prototypes and pilot presentations using editing tools like Frame.io and Logic Pro X. Publish and host video e-learning content on NYC Learning Management Systems for agency staff.
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in editing functions, such as importing media, cutting, trimming, rearranging clips on a timeline, and syncing audio tracks.
