Job Responsibilities:

The Magna International Project Management & OCM - Finance Continuous Improvement team is seeking an experienced Training Facilitator who will be responsible for scheduling, delivering, and facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions for the Dayforce HCM system implementation.
Reporting to the Training Manager, this role will require expertise in delivering engaging learning content, and workplace learning & development methodologies. This role may require travel to locations in Canada and the USA.
Your Responsibilities
Deliver and facilitate virtual and/or in-person instructor-led training sessions for the Dayforce HCM system across 37 North American divisions
Collaborate with the team to align learning delivery with people readiness metrics
Consult with Training Manager, and Instructional Designer to deliver content in engaging and meaningful ways
Assist with the editing, updating, and maintenance of existing library of job aids, reference guides, and support documentation
Collaborate with Change Network and Group PMO teams to schedule delivery of instructor-led training sessions
Act as subject matter expert for training delivery, collaborating with project functional leads, group, and divisional resources to determine best practices for training delivery
Who we are looking for
Post-Secondary education or certification in Coaching, Training, or Adult Learning & Development
2-3 years experience delivering training content to a wide variety of audiences
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed for this role
Technical experience using Microsoft Teams, Office365 are necessary
Experience teaching the use of Dayforce or other cloud-based HRIS/HCM systems is considered an asset
