Job Description
Our client is seeking a Training Support Specialist to support a fast-paced training organization with both administrative and program support functions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in learning environments, LMS administration, and adult learning concepts who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization.
In this position, you will support training operations, maintain systems and records, and serve as a key point of contact for training-related activities under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) data and records
- Perform data entry, file maintenance, and records retention
- Generate and distribute reports related to training programs and performance
- Troubleshoot LMS and training-related issues and serve as a point of contact
- Support development, implementation, and monitoring of program and department policies and procedures
- Track and monitor program performance objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation and program records
- Assist with learning content support and training coordination activities
- Support administrative and operational needs of the training organization
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a training environment, including LMS administration
- Background in adult learning theory
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to analyze information and prepare reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently within guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with learning content design and delivery
- Experience in regulated environments with strict policy adherence
- Familiarity with Articulate or similar e-learning tools
- Strong data analysis skills including Excel (pivot tables)
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required

Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
