About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets—combining deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and job placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Once verified, professionals can immediately begin earning income and working on live private capital transactions across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Transaction Risk Advisors (Private Capital).

This is not a traditional employment role. Advisors operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.

The role centers on analytical review, downside scenario modeling, underwriting validation, and structured risk assessment.

Once approved, advisors:

  • Highlight red flags and downside scenarios

  • Support transaction readiness through risk-focused review

  • Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score
