The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sophisticated transactions and providing innovative solutions for clients across the U.S. and globally.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and joint ventures.
- Serve as the first-chair attorney on significant corporate deals.
- Collaborate with seasoned colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services and innovative solutions to clients.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of corporate matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys within the practice group.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Corporate and M&A Practice Group.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate transactional law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and joint ventures.
- Strong academic credentials and prior work experience in a reputable law firm.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as lead counsel on complex corporate transactions.
- Excellent judgment, organizational capabilities, and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A book of business is preferred but not required.
- Experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and sophisticated joint ventures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
