• 5+ years of experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal
• Background supporting business, corporate, or real estate practices
• Experience with contract support, deal closings, and corporate governance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional, client‑facing communication style

Preferred (not required)

• Exposure to M&A or complex commercial transactions
• Prior experience in a fast‑paced law firm environment
