We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transactional Real Estate & Corporate Law Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to handle complex and challenging transactional matters and to work with a diverse group of clients. The role involves working closely with our firm's partners and clients, including private lenders, to provide comprehensive legal advice and solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactional real estate and corporate law matters, including reviewing contracts, loan documents, and operating agreements.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice on a wide range of transactional real estate and corporate law matters.
2. Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret various contracts, loan documents, and operating agreements.
3. Represent and advise private lenders on legal matters, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and loan transactions.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients.
5. Collaborate with partners and other associates to develop strategies for complex transactional matters.
6. Participate in client meetings and negotiations, effectively representing the interests of the client and the firm.
7. Continually update knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure the firm and its clients remain in compliance.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and legal advice.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in transactional real estate and corporate law, preferably with experience representing private lenders.
4. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, loan documents, and operating agreements.
5. Strong legal research and analytical skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
10. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
