I’m partnered with a well-known firm that is looking to add a Transactional real estate attorney their team.
If you're looking to deepen your transactional real estate practice, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier boutique firm that invests in its attorneys through exceptional mentorship and exposure to complex, high-level legal matters from day one.
Background Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate transactions - (junior candidates will be considered)
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- The role involves drafting and negotiating complex real estate transactions for a national practice serving developers, lenders, and investors.
- Admitted in California and in good standing
