What They're Looking For
- 2–5 years of real estate transactional experience (exceptional junior candidates will be considered)
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Demonstrated stability in prior employment
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in California
