Transactional Real Estate Attorney | Irvine, CA — Hybrid

A respected firm is looking to add a transactional real estate attorney to their growing Irvine team. This is a great fit for someone with solid deal experience who wants substantive work, a collaborative office, and real schedule flexibility.

What they're looking for:

2 to 5 years of transactional real estate experience (strong candidates slightly more junior will be considered)
Experience across real estate transactions acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related matters
Active California bar license in good standing
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-service skills

Logistics:

Irvine office
In-office Tuesdays, with flexibility the rest of the week
Very competitive salary, commensurate with experience — with room to go higher for the right candidate
