An Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience representing Banks in their lending work (ex: preparing loan documents, reviewing due diligence relating to a real property asset that will be collateral for the loan and closing loans secured by real property). 3 + years of Transactional Real Estate estate experience
Experience representing Banks in their lending work
Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey is a PLUS
Experience with one of the following:

1) Experience with complex commercial loans secured by real property (construction loans, and term debt) 2)AND/OR Experience with Affordable Housing Transactions, which includes: - Experience with deals financed directly with a 1) bank construction loan or 2) bank letter of credit (LOC) securing bonds issued by HDC or HFA bonds. - Experience with IRC section 42 tax credit equityInterested in hearing more?
