Transmission Automotive Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Transmission Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to continue growing their skills in a supportive shop.

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000 - $120,000+ annually (flat-rate performance based)

Based on experience and productivity

Additional compensation includes:

• Up to $10,000 signing bonus depending on experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of transmission technician or specialist experience
• Experience with any make/model welcome
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must have personal tools

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive transmissions
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and repair timelines
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
