A Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT) Registered Nurse (RN) Apheresis Oncology is needed in Gainesville, FL.

This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly Rate- $29.80 - $43.20
- Sign-on Bonus – $20,000 paid over 2 years
- Days (Rotating Weekends)

Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation.
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues.
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure,s and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent (within the last year) acute care experience.
- Looking for someone who has acute care Oncology experience, Dialysis, or infusion. * Highly Prefer candidates with Recent Acute Care Experience working within a “Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state(s) of Florida and/or has an active compact license, by law and regulation. BLS required.
