Logistics Coordinator
Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely, efficient transportation service for our customers nationwide. This role works directly with third-party transporters to coordinate truck movements across the country while building strong relationships with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
We are looking for a motivated team player with strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively communicate shipping details with carriers, customers, and internal teams
Coordinate and confirm customer delivery dates and times
Gather all necessary information to arrange transportation with third-party transporters
Answer phones and emails in a professional, friendly manner
Assist customers with transportation questions or service issues
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation on customer accounts
Support additional duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Detail-oriented and accurate
Able to remain calm under pressure
