Transportation Practice Leader - Construction Management

Our Construction ManagementTeam in Orange County is looking for a TransportationPractice Leader for our Construction ManagementTeam.

As our Transportation Practice Leader for our Construction Management Team, you'll lead construction operations, foster client relationships, and drive business development in partnership with the local Orange County CM team to support the growth and expansion of our presence in Southern California.

Psomas is a nationally recognized ENR firm with a well-established Construction Management practice. You will be part of a state-wide practice with opportunities for work and resource sharing across geographies working for clients like Los Angeles Metro, City of Irvine, City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles World Airports and San Diego Association of Governments.

Our Southern California office boasts a strong presence throughout the region, delivering a suite of services including Construction Management, Engineering, Land Surveying, and Mapping to a diverse array of public sector clients in the transportation and water wastewater markets. This extensive reach provides a unique opportunity to leverage our strong client base to drive new business growth.

Minimum Qualifications to be our Transportation Practice Leader - Construction Management

• 15+ years of experience in construction management or project management, with a focus on transportation projects
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• Caltrans Right of Way experience
• Proven ability to write winning proposals and deliver compelling client presentations
• Demonstrated success in leading efforts to secure new work
