Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds- 37 Number of Staff – 12 Type of staff: Day Shift –8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs, 1 Unit Clerk Night Shift- 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs Patient Ratios – 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients - estimated never guaranteed Type of equipment – PCA Pumps; IV pumps; Chest Tubes EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Telemetry experience BLS & ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experience NIH List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Central lines; Medication drips Heart Cath recovery; Bubble studies Best personality Fit: Positive Attitude/Engaged; Independent; Strong critical thinking skills Positive patient care experience
