• Facility Department/Cost Center: Rehabilitation Department/Speech Language Pathology CC2026• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Speech Language Pathologist• Specialty: Pediatric Outpatient Rehab• Number of Openings: 1• Shift: Days• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 guaranteed/40 scheduled. NOTE: ANY overtime must be pre-approved • Weekend Hours: NA• Call Requirements: NA• Required Certifications: NM State SLP License +CCCs, BLS• Years of Experience: 1• Float Requirements: NA Additional Notes: Hours: 7:00 am 5:30pm; Breaks: Unpaid 30 min lunch break 1230-1300 NOTE: Time off/Holidays: TBD Days of Week: Mon-Thursday Mandatory Meetings: Expected to attend, if occurs during UNPAID 30 min lunch break, will adjust timecard to reflect and convert to PAID Dress code: Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants. Scrubs or polo/button up. No jeans. ALL required vaccinations verified

Patient Ratios: 10-14 scheduled patients per day EHR: Cerner Supervisor: Janelle Corley(Site Coordinator), Ali McGuire(SLP Coordinator) Patient Population: Pediatrics (primarily 10 and under)
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year experience as Speech Language Pathologist Preferred Skillset/Experience: Preferred experience in pediatric outpatient setting Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Speech/Language Delay, Autism, Trisomy 21, Artic/Phono Required Education: Based on NM State Licensing Board
