TRAVEL - RRT Location: Wichita ,KS Duration: 13 weeks Shift Type: Day Shift Shift Time: Start Time: 07:00 AM End Time: 07:00 PM Unit Information: Respiratory Therapy Unit Place: Wesley Medical Center Address: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 760 Number of Staff 95 in RT Type of staff: Day Shift 20 FTEs on days Night Shift 27 FTEs on nights Patient Ratios NA Type of equipment V800 Draeger vents, C1 Hamilton s, Airvo for HHFNC EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 6 months current RRT experience NBRC Certification BLS, ACLS, NRP , PALS and NBRC Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Pediatric/PICU experience Strong ICU experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Respiratory Care treatments Ventilator management invasive and noninvasive Best personality Fit: Dynamic experience in fast paced critical care facility Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent. 24/7 adult intensive care physician coverage, Level 1 trauma, PICU 15 beds, Level 3 NICU, ECMO in adults #AlliedTech1
