- 41Number of Staff current estimate of 15-20 therapy staff daily between disciplines (PT, OT, SLP:Type of staff:Day Shift 2 PT needed; (current staff of 3 PT's, 3 PTA's)Patient Ratios Carry up to 6-hour treatment load; 8 hr shiftType of equipment Knowledge of ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer equipment, gym equipment, vital machinesEMR Meditech MagicTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, Therapies; OT, PT, SLP)Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Minimum 6 months current acute care PT experienceBLSPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.Experience in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation SettingNeuro certification/experienceList typical procedures performed on unit(s):Evaluation and TreatmentDaily treatment; gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, caregiver trainingBest personality Fit:Team player, flexible hours for start/stop treatment time, weekends rotatingHands on clinician with treatmentsUnit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.Patient have a 3 hour therapy requirement in Inpatient Rehab. Clinician is responsible for tracking of time/charges to ensure that they are getting the required time for each patient.Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.*Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.Brand new 41 bed inpatient facility located near Main Campus. Vector unweighted system, state of the art technology, equipped with full IADL kitchen.
