Travel - RN Emergency Department 13 weeks Farmington , NM Shift: Mids (includes a combination of all 3 shifts: 10am-10pm, 12pm-12am, 3pm-3am)

• Facility Department/Cost Center: 2004 • Role: RN • Specialty: Emergency Medicine • Number of Openings: 1 • Shift: Mids (includes a combination of all 3 shifts: 10am-10pm, 12pm-12am, 3pm-3am) • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: Minimum of two weekends a schedule. • Call Requirements: None • Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC • Years of Experience: 2 • Float Requirements: None • Additional Notes: Team nursing and Pod System, social Worker assigned to Department and Unit Educator
Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: 48 with flex space • Patient Ratios: 4:1 Main ED and 6:1 Fast Track • Equipment: Zoll Defibrillator, Level One Blood Transfuser, QinFlow Blood Warmer, Hospira Plum360, Freestyle and Istat POC, Ultrasound Guided IV. • EHR: Cerner • Supervisor: Cynthia Montoya Interim ED Manager, Caleb Blair Clinical Coordinator • Patient Population e.g. "geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: ESRD, Cirrhosis, COPD, Psychiatric
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Trauma, Stroke, STEMI, Sepsis, Moderate Sedation • Preferred Skillset/Experience: 2 years Emergency Department preferred • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: ESRD, Substance Abuse Disorders, Psychological Disorders, COPD, CHF, Abdominal Pain, Chest Pain • Required Education: RN ADN
