Tell us about the unit(s): Rehab Department Number of Beds: Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) = 35 beds/ Acute Rehab = 488 beds Number of Staff: 80 Type of Staff: PT/OT/ST o Day Shift: PT/OT/ST o Night Shift: Patient Ratios (Estimated) - IRF= 1:4/ Acute= 1:12/ Outpatient= 1:10 Type of Equipment: Rehab equipment Documentation System: IRF and Acute= Meditech/ Outpatient= NetHealth (ReDoc) Call Requirements:
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have : (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH ) BLS Experienced therapist List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): Evaluations Follow-up Treatments (including Vestibular and Lymphedema treatments) Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently) Good team dynamics Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Flexible/Adaptable changes
Dress Code : Scrub Color Gray or black
