TRAVEL - CVOR Tech (703) - Wesley Medical Center7A - 5PUnit Information: Open Heat / (703)Location: Welsey Medical CenterAddress: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214Building: MainGeneral InformationTell us about the unit(s):Number of Beds – 2 heart rooms with a 3rd possibleNumber of Staff – 4 RN, 3 CSTType of staff:Day Shift – 1 CVOR RN and 1 CVOR CSTNight shift – No night shift, on call onlyPatient Ratios – 1:1Type of equipment -EMR – Meditech / CPNTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.Minimum 1-year current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experienceBLSMust have current active KS licensurePreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.ACLSOpen Heart and Cardiovascular experiencePrior Meditech experienceList typical procedures performed on unit(s):CABG and AVRMVR and TAVRBest personality Fit:Confident, team player and positive attitudePatient experience is a priorityCommunication with staff and providersUnit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.On-call is required – 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per monthAny additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment:ECMO program restarting#TB_HC#ZRHC#AlliedTech1
