TRAVEL - RN - Med/Surg (616) - Wesley Medical Center - 7A - 7P Unit Information: Medical Surgical/Surgical Services (616) Location: Wesley Medical Center Address: 550 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 Floor: Building: Main Entrance General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 34 Number of Staff 50 Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1 CNC, 6 RNS, 3 PCTS Night Shift 1 CNC, 5 RNS, 3 PCTS Patient Ratios 6:1 Type of equipment Traction EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg/Ortho experience BLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Familiar with traction Spine, Hip, Joint Precautions ACLS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Total Joint Spine Best personality Fit: Outgoing Team Player Compassionate Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. *Remember it is a very competitive market any information you can provide will help attract talent.
