M UST HAVE LICENSE IN HAND PRIOR TO SUBMISSION Hospital: Catholic Medical Center Location: Manchester, NH Address: 100 McGregor Street Unit Name: IR Building: Main Building Cost Center:72706 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 2 VI rooms and hybrid OR Patient Ratios: N/A Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :3-4 technologists per day Type of equipment: Acuson Juniper and Acuson P500 Documentation system: Allscripts Scheduling requirements: day shift with rotating call Floating policy: N/A Patient Experience requirements: N/a Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ARRT (R) NH State License Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: min. 1 year IR experience Must have: Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Any color scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
