Travel Center Store Manager

LV Petroleum is a leading operator in the fuel and convenience store industry, known for delivering high quality service and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for customers nationwide. We are seeking a strong and experienced Store Manager to lead operations.

What You Will Do You will oversee all daily store operations including inventory management cash handling and store presentation ensuring a clean safe and well organized environment for customers and team members

You will lead recruit hire and train a high performing team while building a culture of accountability strong customer service and consistent execution You will coach and develop employees to maintain high standards and support long term success

You will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience by creating a welcoming environment addressing customer needs and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently

You will drive store performance by supporting sales growth implementing promotions and ensuring operational standards are consistently met to achieve business goals

You will manage reporting including sales performance inventory tracking and employee performance metrics to support operational decisions and leadership review

You will ensure full compliance with company policies and all local state and federal regulations including health safety and operational requirements

• What We Are Looking For• Strong leadership experience in convenience store travel center or retail operations• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance• Experience with inventory control cash management and store operations• Strong customer service and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make effective decisions• Experience with sales goals and operational reporting preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and work with budgets.
• Comfortable working with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods and traverse the store as needed.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment effectively.
