Crocs and open-toed footwear are not permitted per facility policy

Appropriate professional work shoes required

Photo ID and facility badge required at all times

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Assist with meals, feeding, positioning, and range-of-motion activities
Document care accurately in the EMR per facility policy
Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for all residents
Support infection control protocols and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Active state CNA certification in good standing
CPR/BLS certification current
Minimum 6 months of experience in a LTC/SNF or similar care setting preferred
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to resident care
Ability to work reliably as part of a nursing team
