Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico Contract Length: 17 Weeks Start Date: May 21, 2026 End Date: September 10, 2026 Shift: 06:00 AM 06:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Estimated Pay Rate: $18.09 $21.10 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 17-week contract assignment in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The CNA will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing environment, assisting residents with daily living activities while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

This role requires strong patient care skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Support patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Follow infection control and facility safety protocols Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure respectful and compassionate patient care at all times Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Mexico or eligible certification Completion of a state-approved CNA training program Current CPR certification (if required by facility standards) Minimum 6 months 1 year CNA experience preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care settings Ability to work 12-hour day shifts Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform physical patient care tasks safely and efficiently
