GUARANTEED HOURS
36 hours per week Estimated Pay Rate: $18.09 $21.10 per hour
SHIFT DETAILS
• Shift: Day Shift• Shift Time: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM• Number of Shifts: 3 shifts weekly (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)• Contract Length: 13 Weeks• Start Date: 05/20/2026• End Date: 08/12/2026
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, supporting nursing staff, and contributing to a positive patient care environment during extended day shifts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff• Record vital signs and document patient care activities accurately• Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning safely• Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment• Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS
• Active CNA certification/license• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
