Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The CNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Shift Time: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12.5-Hour Day Shift
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $19.23 - $22.43 per hour
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or hospital experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
- Obtain and record vital signs as directed
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Ensure resident rooms and care areas remain clean, organized, and safe
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and daily operations
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $19.23 - $22.43 per hour
