CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
This assignment offers guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and a consistent overnight schedule.
POSITION DETAILS- Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Employment Type: Contract Assignment
- Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: September 17, 2026
- End Date: December 9, 2026
- Shift Time: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12.5-Hour Night Shift
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate:$18.09 - $21.10 per hour
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
- Obtain and document vital signs as directed
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Support nursing staff with daily patient care activities
- Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $18.09 - $21.10 per hour
- Night-shift assignment
- 13-week contract opportunity
- Schedule consists of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday shifts

- State or federal identification required upon arrival
- Photo badge must be worn at all times
