JOB OVERVIEW Seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. SHIFT DETAILS• Shift Time: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM• Meal Break: 30 Minutes• 12.5-Hour Night Shift• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAYGuaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per WeekPay Rate: $18.09 - $21.10 per hour
REQUIREMENTS• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification• Current CNA License/Certification in Good Standing• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or patient care experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff• Record vital signs and assist with routine patient care activities• Maintain accurate and timely documentation• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and ambulation• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare team members• Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
