JOB OVERVIEW Seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. SHIFT DETAILS• Shift Time: 2:00 PM 10:15 PM• Meal Break: 30 Minutes• Evening Shift• Weekend Rotation Required
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAYGuaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per WeekPay Rate: $19.23 - $22.43 per hour
REQUIREMENTS• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification• Current CNA License/Certification in Good Standing• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or patient care experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff• Record vital signs and assist with routine patient care tasks• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation• Support patient comfort, dignity, and independence• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare team members• Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
