Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Contract Location: Elkins, West Virginia Setting: Long-Term Care Facility Employment Type: Contract Experience Level: Entry-Level Guaranteed Hours 37 hours per week Pay Rate: $16.20 $18.90 per hour Job Overview We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
This role involves assisting nursing staff and maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents during overnight care. Shift Details Shift Time: 23:00 07:00 Requirement: Every other weekend required Number of Shifts: 5 shifts per week (as scheduled) Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide nighttime patient care and support Monitor and report changes in patient condition Support mobility and patient transfers Maintain patient comfort and safety during overnight hours Document basic observations as required Assist nursing staff with care tasks Follow infection control and facility safety protocols Requirements Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Experience in long-term care preferred
