Job Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location: Honolulu, HI

We are seeking a dedicated COTA to join a supportive therapy team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients develop, restore, and maintain functional independence.

Responsibilities

  • Implement therapy interventions according to the OT’s established plan of care

  • Document patient treatments and progress accurately and in a timely manner

  • Assist with patient and family education to support therapy goals

  • Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT

  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Active Hawaii COTA license or ability to obtain

  • Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills
