Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) | Keizer, OR
We’re seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a travel contract assignment in Keizer, Oregon. This role provides the opportunity to support patients in regaining independence and function while working under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Position Details
Location: Keizer, OR
Schedule: 36 hours per week (guaranteed)
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Requirements
Active COTA License (Oregon)
Current BLS certification
SNF experience preferred
New grads welcome to apply
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
Responsibilities
Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living activities
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and exercises
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure quality care
