Job Description

OverviewCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) travel assignment in Glendive, Montana. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,319–$1,397 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Days. Setting: long-term care (LTC) - Nursing Home. This temporary assignment is in a skilled nursing environment with standard COTA responsibilities under OT supervision.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $1,319 – $1,397 per week- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: Days- Start date: 04/20/2026- Setting: long-term care / skilled nursingResponsibilities- Provide COTA services under supervision of an OT, supporting evaluation and treatment planning as directed- Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to support residents’ functional mobility, strength, range of motion, and ADLs- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, including transfers and gait training within safety guidelines- Document patient progress, response to interventions, and communicate updates to the OT and rehab team- Maintain infection control standards, equipment safety, and accurate charting in accordance with regulatory and payer requirementsRequirements- Active Montana license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)- Certification as a COTA (as applicable) and related credentials- Graduation from an accredited COTA program- Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation teamBenefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Dedicated assignment support from start to finish- Fast credentialing process to expedite onboarding- Nationwide assignments to match future opportunities- Extension opportunities, if mutually agreedFind more opportunitiesInterested in other openings?
