Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meals, feeding, positioning, and range-of-motion activities
- Document care accurately in the EMR per facility policy
- Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for all residents
- Support infection control protocols and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Active state CNA certification in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a LTC/SNF or similar care setting preferred
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to resident care
- Ability to work reliably as part of a nursing team
