Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Travel AssignmentDay Shift | 6:00 AM 6:00 PM | 3x12 Schedule13-Week Contract | Akron, Colorado

Connected Health is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment at one of our trusted partner facilities in Akron, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for a CNA who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Position Details

Contract Length: 13 Weeks*
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts*
Shift: Days (6:00 AM 6:00 PM)*
Location: Akron, CO*
Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.*
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.*
Take and record vital signs accurately.*
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.*
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.*
Document care provided according to facility policies and procedures.*
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

Qualifications

Current and active Colorado CNA certification (or eligibility to work in Colorado).*
Minimum 1 year of travel CNA experience required.
Current BLS certification.*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.*
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.*
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
